dyeing her eyebrows blond, which, eerily, matches her skin as well as her hair. Now I'm all for self-expression, and though Miley Cyrus has managed to get on all 300 of my nerves in the mere span of months, I give credit to where credit is due, she's a very pretty girl. However this look gets a thumbs down from this here lady. Eyebrows are meant to accentuate your face...kind of like how accessories are meant to accentuate your outfits. Maybe this new look means that she's reverting back to her old ways...or maybe she's experimenting and doing what Rihanna does every other weekend by switching up her look. I, personally, was provided with the mightiest of laughs when I first saw this pic as well as the picture she provided on her  Twitter page, but now all I can do is stare openly. But, I mean, whatever works for you, sis.
